Lock Pulleys are timing pulleys integrated with a friction type locking device. Easy positioning and phasing, with zero rattle is realized. It is easy to installation and removal without any additional machining.

  • S Type
    The most standard pulleys integrated with a friction type locking device.
    Bolted joint is adopted as fastener type. Aluminum Type is also available.
    An abundant line-up of products comply with Ultra PX Belt HC Type.
  • N Type
    Nut joint is adopted as fastener type. It is suitable for use with small
    diameter shaft. (Minimum bore diameter 7 mm)
  • C Type
    Clamp collar is adopted as fastener type. There is no pulleys deformation due to the
    external fastening type. A lightweight joint can be realized by the utilization of aluminum.
